A*Men Pure Havane is not just a flanker — it’s a cult icon. A fragrance that has become mythical among collectors, praised for its honeyed tobacco warmth, chocolatey depth, and vintage Mugler audacity. Created by Jacques Huclier, this 2011 release was inspired by the ritual of cigar tasting, structured in three olfactive “thirds” — just like a fine Havana.

This GCMS-based version reveals the full orchestration behind the legend: a baroque vanilla–tobacco accord built with over 50 ingredients, from bergamot and patchouli to heliotropin, ambroxan, and vanillin crystal.

It opens with a sweet aromatic haze: 🍂 Bergamot, anisaldehyde, clary sage, and menthol — evoking the freshness of unlit tobacco leaves. Then the heart smolders: 🍯 Isobutavan, coumarin, heliotropin, and ethyl maltol — a honeyed, syrupy tobacco accord with hints of cherry pipe smoke. The drydown is dense and addictive: 🍫 Patchouli, ambroxan, labdanum, vanillin, and Kephalis — a chocolatey, woody, musky trail that clings to fabric like memory.
