Angels’ Share is Kilian’s most indulgent creation — a tribute to the portion of cognac that evaporates from oak barrels, known as the “angels’ share.” But behind its boozy mystique lies a gourmand structure built on musks, woods, and sweet spices.

GC-MS analysis reveals no natural cognac extract, but the illusion is crafted through Coumarin, Tonka Bean Absolute, Ethyl Maltol, and Vanillin Isobutyrate, which simulate the warmth and depth of aged liquor. Iso E Super, Ambroxan, and Cashmeran form a dry, woody backbone, while Galaxolide, Tonalide, and Ambrettolide HC Supreme provide soft, musky diffusion.
